Mediterranean Industrial
& Logistics Park (Mil Park)
Mediterranean Industrial & Logistics Park (MIL PARK)
MIL Park is a privately held industrial and logistics development project in Lazio, in Central Italy.
Situated on 450 hectares (1,112 acres), MIL Park is the largest of its kind in Italy and aims to attract multinationals, national businesses and local enterprise.
Given the size and ease of access, any enterprise located within the park would be at the center of a local, consumer market that counts 5.5 million people today. The Mediterranean region accounts for 800 million.
The park's proximity to the Civitavecchia port, major highways, rail lines and an airfield are features that could transform the area into a major gateway to Italy, comparable to Genova or Gioia Tauro. Furthermore, the cruise ships docked at the port provide 2 million passengers annually - an excellent reason for businesses to commence operations at MIL Park.
